Rick was is awesome! We bought our 1st home from him 12 years ago and used him to sell it this spring, he made both experiences easy. He explained all the paper work and was very quick to respond to questions.

Rick was extremely helpful and flexible during our relocation. He not only helped us find the best fit home for us, but was helpful during negotiations, inspections, and closing. He was always an email, call, or text away. He also provided wonderful insight of the areas and neighborhoods.
