Rick was is awesome! We bought our 1st home from him 12 years ago and used him to sell it this spring, he made both experiences easy. He explained all the paper work and was very quick to respond to questions.

Rick was extremely helpful and flexible during our relocation. He not only helped us find the best fit home for us, but was helpful during negotiations, inspections, and closing. He was always an email, call, or text away. He also provided wonderful insight of the areas and neighborhoods.

Rick was very helpful and knowledgable of the home buying process. This was the first home my fiance and I had purchased. Rick did an excellent job of walking us through the entire home buying process.
Rick also was always available for questions at any time through email, cell, or text. Any request made of him was always taken care of without a second notice needed.
Even after the purchase of the home was complete Rick was very helpful answering questions about future paperwork.
